Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, put-away, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure accurate, timely delivery and warehouse accuracy. You will operate warehouse equipment and maintain records for efficient workflow.

The role requires at least vocational graduate or college level, 6 months to 1 year in warehouse operations, and basic computer skills with strong communication to collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have at least vocational graduate or college level.
• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse operations experience.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with standard office applications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support customer order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Receive, unload, and put away incoming stocks.
• Ensure timely and accurate storage of products for easy retrieval.
• Operate warehouse equipment and move stock as needed.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, and maintenance.
• Verify accuracy of picked orders prior to dispatch.
• Support dispatching to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain documentation and records of warehouse transactions.
