Job summary

BMC Software seeks a Customer Success Specialist for Control-M to drive adoption, maximize value, and guide customers through implementations and upgrades. You will work alongside CS managers, sales, support, services, and product teams, applying deep Control-M expertise to enterprise automation initiatives.

The role emphasizes customer-facing consulting, troubleshooting, and recommending technical improvements across on-premises and SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with Control-M or comparable enterprise workload automation.
• Hands-on admin, deployment, or consulting on Control-M environments (on-premises or SaaS).
• Strong knowledge of Control-M v9.x (9.18+ preferred).
• Experience with APIs, WCM, MFT, workload forecasting, monitoring, HA, and enterprise scheduling.
• Upgrades, migrations, implementations for large production environments.
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL (or equivalents).
• Cloud integrations, DevOps toolchains, ERP/data platforms, automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement.
• Gainsight experience and Control-M certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding adoption and value realization.
• Assist with optimizing Control-M environments and enabling new capabilities.
• Support implementations, upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with CS Managers, Sales, Support, Services, and Product teams.
