Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join our Global Commercial Support Services team in the Philippines. You will manage routine-to-mid-complexity commercial agreements from request to execution, ensuring governance, accuracy, and compliance while supporting deal velocity with the Sales team.

You will review long-form agreements, apply playbooks, and draft variations within DOA guidelines, acting as the operational partner for Sales and escalating risks to Senior Legal Counsel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contracts administration or deal desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of DOA matrices and contract provisions.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to review long-form agreements for pricing and terms.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, amendments) within SLA.
• Partner with Sales reps, guiding Salesforce submissions and contract workflows.
• Conduct line-by-line contract reviews for accuracy and pricing.
• Draft pre-approved redlines and variations under DOA guidelines.
• Maintain governance and escalate risks to Senior Legal Counsel when needed.
