Job summary

Citigroup Business Process Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 to monitor, analyze and improve disclosure processes, focusing on data quality and regulatory filings.

You will handle Substantial Shareholdings and Takeover disclosures, prepare forms, manage DOI reports, and support multiple teams with accurate data across systems.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, compliance with laws, and mentoring junior staff as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization
• Strong research and analytical skills and strong technical aptitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies is optional
• Understanding of securities trading and related regulations with ability to prioritize multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Analyze and disclose interest data, prepare DOI filings for review and submit to regulatory bodies
• Escalate issues and propose corrective action plans
• Participate in ad-hoc requests, special projects and regulatory exams
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Day-to-day oversight of data management and accuracy across systems
