You will work under the Legal Counsel, handling litigation support, coordinating with external counsel, and maintaining legal records while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (JD or equivalent) and bar admission in good standing.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Knowledge of corporate, labor, criminal, commercial, and regulatory laws.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on legal and regulatory matters.
• Assist in ensuring the company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support the handling of litigation, labor cases, disputes, and regulatory proceedings.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, notices, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with external counsel, government agencies, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Maintain legal records, contracts, and documentation.
• Assist in corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, permits, licenses, and corporate filings.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect company operations.
• Perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned.
