Qualifications

Prepare and review contracts and render opinions.
Drafting of legal articles.
Legal research on relevant law, jurisprudence, rulings and regulations.
Develop strategies and arguments for case preparation.
Drafting affidavits and other formal statements used as evidence in court.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review contracts and render legal opinions for clients.
Drafting of legal articles.
Legal research (relevant law, jurisprudence, rulings and regulations).
Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
Drafting affidavits and other formal statements that may be used as evidence in court.
Preparation and filing of pleadings and other legal documents for clients of the Firm.
Attend hearings and other proceedings (Civil, Criminal, Administrative, Labor).
Assist in conducting corporate housekeeping and due diligence.
