The role includes liaison with all departments on contract specification and processing, and making determinations to administer, terminate, or renew contracts.

You will prepare bids, evaluate complex specifications, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

• Oversees evaluation of contract requirements, specifications, bids, proposals and subsequent contractor performance.
• Provides technical liaison with all department concerned regarding contracts specification and processing.
• Enter into, administer, or terminate contracts and make related determinations and findings.
• Oversees in the preparation and evaluation of contracts entered to by the company.
• Prepare formal and informal contractors bids including / involving technical and complex specifications; evaluate and award bids according to current guidelines.
• Communicate with vendors regarding bid status and contract compliance.
• Reviews inventory listing of contractor’s availability and performance.
