Job summary

Directio is seeking a Contract Specialist for a French client, based in Alabang, Philippines. You will review contracts, conduct legal research, and ensure timely payments while maintaining data accuracy and strong internal controls.

The role requires 1+ year in contracts/ paralegal functions, a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH), and solid MS Office/Google Apps skills. Opportunities include data reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with different types of contracts and familiarity with key clauses.
• 1+ year in a Paralegal or Contracts-related role.
• Hybrid work setup: 3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and Google applications for reporting and data consolidation.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities to support contract review and financial tasks.
• Background in Shared Services or BPO environments is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review various contracts including real estate and insurance agreements.
• Perform legal and factual research to support contract analysis.
• Ensure all payments are finalized before month-end with strict controls.
• Initiate data cleansing for supplier and employee bank details during setup.
• Coordinate timely foreign payments for imports with local units.
• Prepare FX reports on gains/losses per schedules.
• Prepare Cash Flow and Balance Score Card data for regional teams.
• Prepare NFP reports for the Regional Treasury Team.
• Consolidate information for monthly Balance Score Card reporting.
• Update HR records in Peoplecore and track man-hours per process.
• Conduct self-evaluations against defined performance targets.
