Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Associate (Reliever) to support day-to-day procurement activities in Metro Manila. You will review requisitions, evaluate quotes, process POs, and coordinate with vendors during a 4-month contract.

The role includes a knowledge transfer and shadowing period to become familiar with active orders, supplier negotiations, and vendor lists while maintaining procurement records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field; engineering background is a plus.
• Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or buyer-related roles.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable tabulating data and performing computations.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace tools.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions for completeness and compliance with procurement requirements.
• Tabulate and compare supplier offers to support evaluation.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders per established procedures.
• Monitor timely delivery of goods and services and coordinate with vendors.
• Address vendor inquiries and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and follow up on pending items.
• Participate in knowledge transfer to learn ongoing transactions and negotiations.
