Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Contract Management Manager to lead a workflow operations team and oversee contract-related processes. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, resource readiness, and risk management across the workflow.

The ideal candidate has extensive contract law experience, strong analytical abilities, and proven leadership in operations or BPO environments, with a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 7+ yrs commercial/contract law experience.
• Ability to draft simple integrity checks in accordance with templates/guidelines.
• 5+ years of business operations, BPO or customer-service experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Responsibilities

• Monitor the overall success of service delivery for a workflow.
• Review performance data from the operations teams to evaluate effectiveness of leads and influencers.
• Maintain overall accountability for the request fulfillment process for a specific workflow.
• Ensure teams have all necessary resources to perform delivery work.
• Monitor and track events, inform stakeholders of potential risks, and escalate as needed.
• Assess feasibility of proposed resolutions, including resource availability and schedules; review and approve workarounds and resolutions.
