Job summary

Google Operations Center in the Philippines seeks a Contract Management Manager to oversee and evaluate a workflow operations team. You will monitor service delivery performance, review operational data, and ensure resources are available to fulfill requests for a specific workflow.

You will drive process improvements, assess proposed resolutions, and approve workarounds while maintaining accountability across the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years commercial/contract law experience.
• Knowledge of contracting concepts and ability to draft simple integrity checks in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written english language skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of business operations, BPO or other customer-service focused industry experience, with 5+ years of managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall success of service delivery for a workflow.
• Review performance data from operations teams to evaluate effectiveness of leads and influencers.
• Maintain accountability for the request fulfillment process for a specific workflow.
• Ensure teams have resources to perform delivery work.
• Monitor and track events, inform stakeholders of risks, and escalate as needed.
• Assess feasibility of proposed resolutions, including resources and schedules; review and approve workarounds and resolutions
