Job summary

Google Operations Center in the Philippines seeks a Contract Analyst to review and audit contracts, ensure adherence to policies, and monitor quality across back-office support pods. You will document findings, provide actionable feedback, and become an expert on support processes while flagging risks to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates excel in English communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork, with experience in contract drafting and familiarity with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the quality POC for the pod; review and audit contracts per guidelines.
• Ensure data integrity by documenting audit findings in the designated platform.
• Provide feedback to team leads on improvements to contracts, templates, or processes.
• Become an expert on support processes and advise next steps based on rider and partner satisfaction.
• Identify risks in contracts and processes and flag them to stakeholders.
• For in-flight audits, identify quality problems quickly and escalate.
