Job summary

Alvest Equipment Services in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Contract & Operations Manager to lead a major service contract for GSE maintenance across over 30 airport stations. Responsibilities

• Manage the overall customer contract, ensuring full compliance with contractual commitments and service level agreements.
• Assume full responsibility for the contract Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring profitability, cost control and financial performance.
• Lead and coordinate all operational activities across more than 30 airport stations.
• Manage, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 100 employees.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with AES safety, quality and operational standards.
• Build and maintain a strong long-term relationship with the customer, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate internal resources to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management and the APAC Regional Director.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support the future growth of AES in the region.

Job description

As part of our international expansion, we are seeking a Contract & Operations Manager based in Manila, Philippines.

Reporting directly to the APAC Regional Director, you will play a key role in the development of AES in the Asia-Pacific region by managing one of our largest customer contracts.

This strategic position combines operational leadership, financial management and customer relationship management. You will oversee the delivery of GSE maintenance services across more than 30 airport stations in the Philippines, leading a team of approximately 100 employees dedicated to maintaining the GSE fleet of one of the largest domestic airlines in the Philippines.

During the onboarding phase, you will be supported by one of our experienced Project Managers to ensure a smooth implementation of the contract before taking full operational responsibility.
