Job summary

Alvest Equipment Services in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Contract & Operations Manager to lead a major service contract for GSE maintenance across over 30 airport stations. Reporting to the APAC Regional Director, you will oversee operational delivery and maintain strong client relationships while guiding a team of about 100 employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall customer contract, ensuring full compliance with contractual commitments and service level agreements.
• Assume full responsibility for the contract Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring profitability, cost control and financial performance.
• Lead and coordinate all operational activities across more than 30 airport stations.
• Manage, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 100 employees.
• Monitor operational performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with AES safety, quality and operational standards.
• Build and maintain a strong long-term relationship with the customer, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Coordinate internal resources to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management and the APAC Regional Director.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support the future growth of AES in the region.
