Job summary

PHILIPPINES AIRASIA, INC. is seeking an Assistant Manager for Security Operations to lead physical and electronic security across the organization. You will drive strategic and tactical execution of safety protocols, ensuring compliance with Philippine standards and aligning with business objectives.

You will oversee guarding deployments, CCTV monitoring, access control and alarm systems, while coordinating with HR, Facilities, IT and local authorities to maintain a secure workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management or related field.
• Experience leading physical and electronic security operations.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulatory standards (PNP-SOSIA, DOLE) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive physical and electronic security operations, acting as the subject matter expert for the department and providing guidance to internal teams and third-party security agencies.
• Oversee daily security operations to ensure all duties are performed with the highest standards of safety, vigilance, and quality control.
• Actively contribute to and execute departmental strategies, ensuring security metrics and targets align seamlessly with overall company goals.
• Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, local laws, and internal operational procedures, mitigating legal and operational risks.
