Job title: Country Services Manager (Philippines)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Services Manager to lead our Implementation and Maintenance Services operations in Philippines. The role oversees end-to-end project execution, service contracts, pricing, and customer lifecycle management for Data Center Infrastructure and Telecom Power Solutions, ensuring excellence in delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This is a leadership position combining technical depth, commercial acumen, and people management. The portfolio will later expand to include Industrial Automation (IA) and Building Automation (BA) services, providing long-term career growth and scope expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Governance

• Direct country service operations, ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, HSE regulations, and global quality standards.
• Align local execution with regional/global strategy while serving as the senior point of contact for strategic client relationships.

Project Delivery & Operations

• Spearhead end-to-end delivery of complex Data Center and Telecom power projects from initial planning and resourcing to commissioning and handover.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure cross-functional execution on time and within budget.
• Hold full P&L accountability for country service operations, driving revenue, margin improvement, and accurate budget forecasting.
• Oversee pricing governance, cost validation, risk management, and commercial negotiations for high-value service contracts and renewals.

Client Engagement & Lifecycle Services

• Maintain strict SLA/KPI compliance across all service agreements, managing warranty, RMA, and continuous lifecycle maintenance.
• Resolve client escalations and negotiate service contracts to ensure long-term customer retention.

Team Development & Culture

• Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary service organization of project managers, delivery engineers, and field specialists.
• Establish structured performance metrics, competency development programs, and a strong culture of accountability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred; ATD, ITIL, CDCP, or CDCS credentials are advantageous.
• 12-15 years in project delivery or service operations in Data Center, Power, or Telecom industries, with at least 5 years in a managerial or customer-facing leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage service pricing, contract negotiations, and proposal preparation.
• In-depth understanding of UPS, LV/MV systems, cooling, and power infrastructure.
• Strong P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team-building abilities.
