Job summary

Alvest Equipment Services (AES) in Manila, Philippines, seeks a CMMS / EAM System Administrator to support deployment of maintenance operations and ensure system availability, data integrity and user training.

Reporting to the Contract & Operations Manager, you will collaborate with maintenance, IT and external providers to optimize CMMS/EAM usage and develop Power BI reports across AES operations in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CMMS/EAM or similar admin experience.

Job description

As part of its international expansion, AES is looking for a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) / EAM System Administrator based in Manila, Philippines.

AES specializes in the maintenance, repair, and operational support of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for airlines and airport operators. Our mission is to deliver reliable, safe and high-quality maintenance services that maximize equipment availability and operational performance across airports worldwide.

To support the deployment of our maintenance operations in the Philippines, we are looking for a CMMS / EAM System Administrator who will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of our CMMs platform.

Reporting directly to the Contract & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for administering the CMMS/EAM system, supporting local users, ensuring system availability and data integrity, while contributing to the continuous development of the platform to meet operational needs. Acting as the local functional expert, you will work closely with operational teams, maintenance technicians, IT stakeholders and external software providers to ensure the efficient use of the system across our operations in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

CMMS / EAM System Administration

• Administer and maintain the CMMS / EAM platform, ensuring system availability, performance and data consistency.
• Monitor the daily operation of the platform, including scheduled batch processes, system resources and routine maintenance activities.
• Perform database administration tasks, including data updates, system configuration and information extraction.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve system incidents and functional issues.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy and reliability of maintenance data.

User Support & Training

• Provide first-level functional support to operational users and maintenance teams.
• Assist employees in resolving day-to-day system issues and answering functional questions.
• Deliver user training sessions and ensure that both internal users and customers are fully proficient in using the system.
• Develop user documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Promote best practices in system utilization and data quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Participate in testing and validating new features before deployment.
• Develop and optimize user interfaces for both internal and external users.
• Maintain and improve interfaces between the CMMS / EAM platform and other Group systems.

Reporting & Business Support

• Support operational teams through database queries, reporting and system configuration.
• Specify and coordinate the development of new operational reports in collaboration with Data Analysts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analysing user feedback and operational requirements.
• Ensure the CMMS / EAM platform effectively supports maintenance planning, operational performance and decision-making.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in CMMS, EAM, ERP administration or a similar functional application support role.
• Experience supporting operational or industrial environments.
• Previous experience in maintenance management systems, asset management or industrial software is highly desirable.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) particularly EAM.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, databases and system administration principles.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Ability to work independently while supporting operational teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Languages

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory (minimum C1 level).
• Filipino/Tagalog would be considered an advantage.
