Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is seeking a Contract Management Manager for a leading global operations center supporting a renowned technology company. The role is based in BGC, Taguig City with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) and a night shift schedule.

You will oversee, lead, and evaluate the effectiveness of a workflow operations team. Key responsibilities include monitoring service delivery, evaluating performance data, ensuring resource availability, and guiding resolution

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial/contract law experience.
• Ability to draft simple integrity checks per templates and guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of business operations or customer-service focus with 5+ years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor overall success of service delivery for a workflow.
• Review performance data to evaluate team leads and influencers.
• Own accountability for request fulfillment in a workflow.
• Ensure teams have resources to perform delivery work.
• Monitor events, inform stakeholders of risks, escalate as needed.
• Assess feasibility of proposed resolutions, review and approve workarounds.

The role is based in BGC, Taguig City, with a Hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH per week) and a night shift schedule.

Job Summary: As the Contract Management Manager, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing, leading and evaluating the effectiveness of a workflow operations team.

Position Responsibilities

• Monitor the overall success of service delivery for a workflow
• Review performance data from the operations teams to evaluate the effectiveness of the operations team leads and individual influencers
• Maintain overall accountability for the request fulfillment process for a specific workflow
• Ensure teams have all necessary resources to perform delivery work
• Monitor and track events, inform stakeholders of potential risks, and elevate events if needed
• Assess the feasibility of proposed problem resolutions, including resource availability and potential schedules; review and approve workarounds and resolutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have 7+ yrs commercial/contract law experience
• Knowledge of contracting concepts and ability to draft simple integrity checks in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written english language skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of business operations, BPO or other customer-service focused industry experience, with 5+ years of managerial experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with vendor contracts, including drafting and amending standard templates.
• Proven ability to be customer-oriented in handling communications and issues
• Experience handling complex teams
