Job summary

Nezda Global in Metro Manila is seeking a Contract Management Manager to lead and evaluate a workflow operations team, ensuring accountability for request fulfillment and quality of service. You will oversee contracts and performance, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive improvements across the delivery process.

In this leadership role, you will monitor performance data, manage risks, allocate resources, and ensure teams have tools and guidelines to operate effectively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial and/or contract law experience.
• 5+ years in business operations, BPO, or customer-service-focused industry.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Knowledge of contracting concepts.
• Ability to draft simple integrity checks in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service delivery and workflow effectiveness for an assigned workflow.
• Review operational performance data to evaluate team leads and influencers.
