IDS Medical Systems Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, and manage pricing governance.

You will collaborate with regional IPP, legal, procurement, and sales teams to renew, amend, and document agreements while monitoring milestones and profitability. Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years in contract management, commercial operations, pricing, or procurement.
  • Experience in contract administration including creation, review, renewal and documentation.
  • Knowledge of pricing governance, GP analysis and pricing policy implementation.
  • Familiarity with ERP, contract management systems or CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts in coordination with Regional IPP.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from contract creation, review, execution, renewal, amendment and termination.
  • Coordinate Agency Distribution Agreements (ADA's) in accordance with company policies.
  • Facilitate the preparation, review, amendment and renewal of Channel Partner Agreements (dealers).
  • Maintain an organized contract repository and ensure all contract documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor contract milestones, key dates, renewal timelines and expiration schedules.
  • Analyzing contracts for legal disputes in coordination with local legal team.
  • Maintaining compliance with government and legal standards for contracts.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Researching legal developments and new industry practices.
  • Process and coordinate SPARKS transaction approvals for NCR accounts for medical consumables & tender transactions.
  • Review and validate pricing structures to ensure compliance with company pricing policies and profitability targets.
  • Evaluate gross profit (GP) performance and ensure transactions meet approved commercial guidelines.
  • Analyze pricing requests, discounts and commercial terms to optimize revenue and margin opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Management teams regarding pricing exceptions and approvals.
  • Support the implementation of pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Monitor pricing-related risks and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring contractual compliance, monitoring supplier performance, mitigating risks and supporting business objectives through effective contract administration. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, carriers, legal teams and procurement functions to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and business requirements are met.
