Job summary

Manpower Singapore is currently hiring for Contract HR Officer (Payroll) on a 1-year renewable contract. Location is in the CBD with a salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,600 plus a 1 month bonus. This is a very urgent role in a Fortune 500 MNC setting, requiring meticulous payroll management for local and overseas operations.

You will maintain HR records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the full HR function, including welfare planning and ad hoc admin tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and accurate processing of monthly payroll, ensuring compliance for local and overseas operations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring alignment with legal regulations and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements, supporting local audits.
• Provide comprehensive support across the full spectrum of HR functions, addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in planning and executing employee welfare programs.
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
