Job summary

Curio Group Pty Ltd is building its Southeast Asia talent pool for contract opportunities in e-learning development. The eLearning Developer will translate design briefs into polished LMS courses, work with Learning Designers, and ensure accessible, high quality builds using Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard or Brightspace.

You will migrate content, implement interactive elements, and collaborate with LMS administrators to maintain course quality and compliance.

Qualifications

A relevant bachelor's degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in an eLearning development or LMS administration role.
Hands-on experience with at least one major LMS platform (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or Brightspace).
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, particularly Rise 360 or Articulate Storyline.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and light customisation.
Solid understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities

Build online courses in LMS platforms and authoring tools, including multimedia elements and assessments.
Migrate content from Word, PDF, and PowerPoint into LMS environments.
Ensure accessibility and conduct QA checks against client requirements.
Administer LMS functions such as course creation, assessments, and revisions.
Test and evaluate LMS features and integrations, providing stakeholder updates.
