Job summary

Curio Group is building its Southeast Asia talent pool for contract opportunities in Learning Design. The role focuses on supporting the design of learning experiences, working with designers, eLearning developers, and external clients.

The position emphasises human-centered design, educational technologies, and strong communication. A Bachelor's degree and experience in education are preferred, with the ability to work independently or in distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field is preferred.
• Experience designing human-centered learning experiences using theories and pedagogy.
• Strong problem‑solving, adaptive and innovative mindset using design thinking.
• Experience with educational technologies in curriculum design (LMS, AV, interactive media).
• Initiative, autonomy, and focus on learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of effective learning resources, activities, and assessments.
• Co-design and create innovative learning experiences with internal staff.
• Support the team’s work with external stakeholders to ensure client alignment.
• Work independently or in distributed teams using collaboration tools.
• Write high-quality student-facing material to appropriate qualifications frameworks.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and Curio colleagues.
