Mega Mykon Builders seeks an MEPF Coordinator to oversee coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection works on our construction projects. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with specs and codes.

The MEPF Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) works on the project. The position ensures that MEPF installations are properly coordinated with architectural and structural works, comply with approved plans and specifications, and are completed according to the project schedule, quality standards, and applicable codes.
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection works with the Project Manager, Project-In-Charge, Site Engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other trades
Review MEPF plans, shop drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
Identify and resolve conflicts or discrepancies between MEPF systems and architectural/structural works
Monitor the actual progress of MEPF works at the project site
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that installations conform to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Review and coordinate shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, and technical documents
Assist in the preparation and review of Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and MEPF coordination drawings
Coordinate with MEPF subcontractors, suppliers, and installers regarding work schedules, materials, manpower, and technical requirements
Ensure that MEPF works comply with approved plans, project specifications, applicable Philippine standards, codes, and authority requirements
Prepare regular MEPF progress reports and updates
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEPF coordination, construction, site engineering, or related work
Experience in building construction and MEPF works is required
Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, construction methods, and coordination requirements
Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and MEPF coordination
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of other construction/design software is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple project requirements
