Job summary

NRI is seeking a Contract Administrator in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines to provide efficient contract administration across the project lifecycle, ensuring accurate data from Salesforce to Oracle. You will work closely with account directors, billing, project management and resources to maintain contract information for successful delivery and billing.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of contracts from initiation through to completion and close-out.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract and project records across Salesforce, Oracle and other relevant systems, including contract registers, documentation and key contractual information.
• Assist with contract amendments, variations, extensions and other contractual documentation, ensuring appropriate approvals and supporting documentation are obtained and maintained.
• Coordinate information required for client invoicing, including following up outstanding documentation and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain appropriate documentation to support governance and audit requirements and assist with internal and external audit requests relating to contracts and projects.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve contract administration processes, controls, systems and reporting, including opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
