Job summary

NRI is seeking a Contract Administrator to provide efficient contract administration support across project and contract lifecycle. You will ensure data is captured accurately from Salesforce to Oracle and collaborate with account directors, billing, project management and resource teams to support delivery, time booking and billing.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in a similar contract-administration role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload.
• High attention to data integrity and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of contracts from initiation through to completion and close-out.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract and project records across Salesforce, Oracle and other relevant systems, including contract registers, documentation and key contractual information.
• Assist with contract amendments, variations, extensions and other contractual documentation, ensuring appropriate approvals and supporting documentation are obtained and maintained.
• Coordinate information required for client invoicing, including following up outstanding documentation and liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain appropriate documentation to support governance and audit requirements and assist with internal and external audit requests relating to contracts and projects.
• Identify and support opportunities to improve contract administration processes, controls, systems and reporting, including opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
