Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and efficiency across Books 365. You will collaborate with multiple teams to map workflows, implement improvements, and monitor results.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑driven, and proficient with data and business systems to drive measurable improvements. 1–2 years' experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

• 1–2 years in continuous improvement, process improvement, business operations, business analysis, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with reporting and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement practical process improvements that improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround times.
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and workflow documentation.
• Standardize processes across teams where appropriate.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements and recommend further enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or streamline repetitive processes.
• Work with internal teams to improve the use of business systems and tools.
• Support the implementation of new processes, systems, and technology solutions.
• Evaluate existing tools and workflows and recommend improvements based on business requirements.
• Analyze operational data, reports, and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain process and performance reports or dashboards.
• Track the impact of process changes using measurable KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data and operational findings.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• 1–2 years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, business operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience documenting and improving business processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; experience with reporting and data analysis is preferred.
• Experience working with accounting, finance, CRM, workflow, or other business systems is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in business processes, including using AI to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, analyze information, and support process optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple improvement initiatives.
