Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions Philippines is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage the contingent worker lifecycle and provide frontline support in a fast-paced team. You will assist Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during onboarding, assignment management, time and expense tracking, and offboarding, ensuring timely paperwork and smooth transitions.

You will document issues, monitor SLAs, and produce program status updates for leadership.

Qualifications

0–2 years of staffing/MSP experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and follow-up skills.
Strong determination to impact performance.
Time management, self-motivation and perseverance.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Advanced skills in MS Office/Tools.
Hybrid work setup in Ortigas Pasig area.

Responsibilities

Assisting Hiring Managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of contract labor acquisition including onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
Document client-reported issues and track resolution to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect changes.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and partners via meetings, email, and phone.
Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries.
Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
Monitor performance against contract SLAs including invoicing, time/expense management, and vendor compliance.
Interact with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly for timely contractor start.
