Job summary

Circular Economy Systems in the Philippines is seeking a Content Writer on a 12-month fixed term to develop clear, self-service content for new digital products and platforms. You will turn complex system inputs into accessible online help, collaborate with Product, Change, BA and the contact centre, and build a scalable knowledge base using Document360 and AI-assisted drafting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience creating, improving or maintaining knowledge base content, help centre articles or online guidance.
• Ability to translate complex inputs into clear, practical content for different audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to accuracy, structure and version control.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• AI literacy and genuine interest in using AI to accelerate drafting and improve content creation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create, improve and maintain knowledge content for new products, platforms and digital capabilities.
• Develop knowledge articles, FAQs, how-to guides, online help and self-service content.
• Translate complex systems and inputs into practical guidance for different user audiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, Product, Change, BA and contact centre to gather information and obtain approvals.
• Understand end-to-end user journeys to position content at the right point and connect to relevant information.
• Establish knowledge base structure, taxonomy, templates and governance.
• Organise and cross-link related articles for coherent navigation.
• Use Document360 and AI-enabled tools to consolidate sources and accelerate drafting.
• Incorporate visuals to improve usability and comprehension.
• Manage review cycles and updates as systems evolve.
• Identify content gaps from stakeholder feedback and improve self-service outcomes.
• Define sustainable ownership and maintenance practices for ongoing content.
