PRIME GLOBAL CORPORATION is seeking a Content Creator Manager to lead content strategy across platforms and drive engagement. You will mentor writers, designers, and videographers to deliver SEO-friendly content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

You will also collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns, monitor performance, and report ROI. A strong writing background and leadership track record are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation and management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in SEO, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan editorial calendars for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of content creators, writers, designers, and videographers.
• Assign tasks, review outputs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Oversee creation of engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, social media, and other channels.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns and launches.
• Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed.
