Job summary

PRIME Philippines is seeking an SEO & Content Specialist to boost organic search visibility with high-quality, optimized content across company websites.

The role blends SEO strategy, copywriting, keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning, and website optimization to grow organic traffic and leads. You will collaborate with the Web Developer, Creative Team, and Digital Performance Marketing teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in SEO, content writing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Experience writing SEO-optimized content for websites and blogs.
• Experience managing website content using WordPress or similar CMS.
• B2B marketing experience is an advantage.
• Experience using AI writing tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization for website pages and blog articles.
• Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and image alt text.
• Monitor website health and identify SEO opportunities.
• Conduct competitor and content gap analysis.
• Assist with technical SEO recommendations in collaboration with the Web Developer.
• Monitor keyword rankings and recommend optimization strategies.
• Write SEO-optimized blog articles, landing pages, website copy, and service pages.
• Create compelling marketing copy for email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Optimize existing website content to improve rankings and conversions.
• Develop content that aligns with user search intent and business objectives.
• Ensure all content follows the company's tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Publish and update website content using WordPress.
• Coordinate with the Web Developer on page improvements and technical implementation.
• Ensure website content is accurate, current, and optimized.
• Assist in improving website user experience through content structure and readability.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms and emerging search experiences.
• Apply structured content and semantic SEO best practices.
• Support initiatives that improve AI citations and brand visibility.
• Monitor emerging SEO and AI search trends and recommend improvements.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and content performance.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and recommendations.
• Track content engagement and conversion performance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
