Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and manage escalations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer service metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of content review and tagging, ensuring they meet performance targets.
• Conduct regular coaching, training and performance reviews with team members to support their professional development and growth.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance, attendance and productivity.
• Implement team engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve retention.
• Collaborate with other departments and management to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with senior management regarding team performance, challenges and opportunities.
