Job summary

TEMU, based in Pasig, Philippines, seeks an experienced Operations Team Lead to supervise content review and tagging teams. You will coach, train, and conduct performance reviews to drive growth and maintain high productivity.

You will maintain accurate performance records, drive engagement initiatives to reduce turnover, collaborate with other departments on process improvements, and support recruitment and onboarding. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8+ years in related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the related field.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and escalations with empathy.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze service metrics.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of content review and tagging to meet performance targets.
• Conduct regular coaching, training and performance reviews to support development.
• Maintain records and reports on team performance, attendance and productivity.
• Implement team engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and improve retention.
• Collaborate with other departments and management to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participation in recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
• Communicate effectively with senior management regarding team performance, challenges and opportunities.
