Job summary

Temu is seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead our Philippine team. You will coach and develop staff, monitor performance, and drive customer service excellence across operations.

You will partner with departments, analyze key metrics, ensure compliance with policies, and foster a positive culture while maintaining strong communication in English. Minimum 3 years in related field and a Bachelor's degree preferred are required.
