Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible individuals to join our team as Content Moderators in a pure non-voice role. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. Comprehensive paid training will be provided before deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos, or other media) according to defined policies
• Identify and take action on content that violates platform guidelines
• Make accurate and timely moderation decisions while maintaining quality standards
• Flag sensitive, inappropriate, or harmful content appropriately
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data privacy policies
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
