Job summary

You will develop training materials, assess trainee performance, and collaborate with Operations and QA to identify learning needs, delivering reports on learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year training experience in related environment.
• Experience in content moderation is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Ability to simplify complex policies into learner-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the New Hire Training.
• Conduct product, process, and policy training.
• Deliver refresher and upskilling sessions.
• Develop and maintain training materials.
• Assess trainee performance through examinations and nesting evaluations.
• Conduct coaching sessions based on QA findings.
• Monitor trainee progress during nesting.
• Ensure training content reflects the latest client policies.
• Collaborate with Operations and QA to identify training needs.
• Prepare training reports and learning effectiveness analysis.
