Job summary

TEMU in Metro Manila is seeking a Training Specialist to lead new hire onboarding and ongoing learning programs. You will design and deliver sessions on product, process, and policy, ensuring trainees gain practical knowledge and confidence.

You will develop training materials, assess trainee performance, and collaborate with Operations and QA to identify learning needs, delivering reports on learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year training experience in related environment.
• Experience in content moderation is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Ability to simplify complex policies into learner-friendly content.
