Job summary

A leading BPO firm in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee its Content Moderation team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Trust and Safety and will be responsible for leading a team to meet operational goals while ensuring a high standard of service quality. Candidates should have at least 2 years of management experience in a BPO environment and be capable of driving team performance with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Manager in a BPO environment.
• Strong background in Trust and Safety and/or Content Moderation.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of content moderation specialists.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure adherence to Trust and Safety policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
• Present operational reports to senior management.
• Implement process improvements to enhance team performance.
• Address escalations and provide solutions promptly.
