Qualifications

• Must be a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Call Center experience is an advantage but not required.
• B2 CEFR level or higher preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate online content based on company guidelines.
• Ensure platform safety by identifying and removing inappropriate content.
• Provide support while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
• Follow strict compliance and confidentiality policies.

Connaissances

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work on shifting schedules
