Qualifications

• Call Center Experience is an advantage but not required.

• B2 CEFR level or higher preferred.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate online content based on company guidelines.
• Ensure platform safety by identifying and removing inappropriate content.
• Provide support while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
• Follow strict compliance and confidentiality policies.

Skills
