Job summary

TEMU is seeking a Content Moderator in the Philippines to review and tag product listings, ensure policy compliance, and detect counterfeit items. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will escalate complex cases and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on policies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience in moderation, trust & safety, or customer service being a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
• Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Customer Service is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review and tag product listings, images, videos, and text descriptions.
• Apply moderation policies consistently and accurately.
• Identify prohibited, restricted, counterfeit, or fraudulent products.
• Detect misleading or inaccurate product information.
• Escalate complex or ambiguous cases according to established procedures.
• Meet productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) targets.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Stay updated on policy changes and process updates.
• Participate in calibration sessions and refresher training.
• Document moderation decisions accurately.
