Job description

• Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
• Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to analyse and increase web traffic and users engagement metrics
• Create and publish engaging content
• Edit, proofread and improve content writers’ deliverables and liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
• Drive SEO in content creation and ensure SEO best practices are properly observed in all articles
• Collaborate with the SEO team to recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields
• Proven SEO experience or as a Content marketing manager.
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing and knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creatives
