Outsourcey in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Graphic Designer to join our team and help expand global talent. The role focuses on creating engaging graphics, social assets, and videos for campaigns and education resources.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure consistent branding and effective storytelling. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in design, strong Adobe skills, and experience with Klaviyo and multiple social platforms.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production or digital content creation.
• Tertiary qualification in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design or related field.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required.
• Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing campaigns.
• Experience editing content for major social platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Strong social-first storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Design graphics, infographics, presentations, and social assets.
• Edit short- and long-form videos for social media and webinars.
• Produce reels, motion graphics and promotional videos.
• Create visual assets for campaigns and advocacy initiatives.

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, video production and captioning.

Profile Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or digital content creation.
• Tertiary qualification, diploma, or degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.
• Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing and digital campaign content.
• Experience editing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience in Klaviyo
• Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and visual communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• A test-and-learn mindset, excellent attention to detail and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Core responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics, infographics, presentations, social media assets, and digital marketing collateral.
• Edit short- and long-form videos for social media, YouTube, educational resources, webinars, fundraising campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
• Produce engaging reels, shorts, animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos.
• Create visual assets supporting National Pain Week, advocacy campaigns, fundraising initiatives, support services, and educational programs.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and branded content aligned with organisational messaging.
• Manage content production workflows from concept through publishing.
• Ensure all creative assets remain consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility best practices.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate design, video production, caption generation, and content repurposing.
