Job summary

Outsourcey Global, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer to assist the design team in creating visuals for social media, websites, EDMs, signage, and packaging. You will follow briefs, incorporate feedback, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

The role requires strong typography, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Manila-based, with opportunities for growth within the marketing and design function.

Core responsibilities

• Assist graphic design lead in creating visual concepts and graphics for various projects, including but not limited to social media content, website assets, EDMs, store signage, marketing materials and packaging.
• Participate in design reviews and follow constructive feedback to help refine and improve creative work.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels and product and ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Support the production process by preparing files for print and digital distribution, as well as assisting with image editing when necessary.
• Research and keep up to date with graphic design trends across digital platforms from advertising to eCommerce and email.
• Be flexible with your workload adjusting to multiple demands and/or shifting priorities when needed.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the creative process and think creatively for continuous improvement.
• Work within the broader team, participating in team meetings to ensure overall understanding of marketing plans, messages, design direction and performance.
• Maintain professional relationships with both internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Contribute to a work environment that encourages open and honest feedback.
• Liaise with external service providers, such as manufacturers, designers, and printers when necessary.
