Core Responsibilities:

1. Create graphics, images, and visual content for use across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
2. Design compelling social media assets such as posts, stories, banners, headers, profile pictures, and advertisements that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.
4. Ensure all visual content is on-brand, consistent in style, and aligns with brand guidelines and design standards.

We are looking for a highly skilled graphic designer with a proven track record in creating visually appealing social media content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design work specifically for social media platforms. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other relevant tools is a must.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to collaborate effectively with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics. It is also important that you have a strong attention to detail and ensure all visual content is on-brand, consistent in style, and aligns with our brand guidelines and design standards.

We are also looking for someone who is organized and can ensure that no data is missed in the design process. The ability to share work as markdown is a plus.
