Job summary

Metrobank in Makati is seeking a Consumer Growth Manager to drive growth via ecosystem partnerships and new-to-bank acquisition. You will represent the bank, negotiate with external partners, and deliver compelling value propositions to identified customer bases.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will develop campaigns, obtain program approvals, and monitor partnership performance to hit targets while ensuring the viability of lending products.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in marketing strategies or sales programs within banking or FMCG.
• Ability to understand retail banking and credit card business metrics.
• Excellent program management and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation confidence.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute consumer growth strategies through partnerships.
• Lead acquisition campaigns and partnerships roadmap, goals, and prioritization.
• Manage end-to-end program planning, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Consolidate performance reports across partnerships monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Onboard and manage partner relationships to drive consumer acquisition.
