Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a confident Sales Representative in the General Santos area to own discovery calls and drive new business. You will collaborate closely with the SDR team, conduct consultative calls, and take on shared prospecting to keep the pipeline healthy.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, handles objections professionally, and presents offerings with a polished, businesslike presence. You will log all activities in the CRM, track outcomes, and report on conversions and progress

Qualifications

• Experience running sales, discovery, or consultation calls directly with prospects.
• Confident, articulate spoken English with a professional presence on video calls.
• Capacity to present an offering persuasively without sounding scripted.
• Background working through objections and steering conversations toward a decision.
• Hands-on outbound prospecting and lead generation experience.
• At ease in a CRM logging activity and running a pipeline.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery calls with qualified prospects, solo or with leadership.
• Lay out our offering clearly and confidently, shaping the conversation around each prospect's needs.
• Work with the SDR team to prepare for booked meetings and align on context.
• Measure prospects against fit criteria and identify core needs and timelines.
• Handle objections professionally and steer conversations toward a clear next step.
• Take on outbound prospecting to top up the pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects after calls to maintain momentum and push opportunities along.
• Record call notes and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Keep the pipeline current and report on call outcomes and progress.
• Provide feedback to the SDR team on lead quality to sharpen fit.
