About the role

Join our team as a Construction Surveyor and play a key role in ensuring accurate site development, grading, earthworks, road construction, and construction layout activities. You will work closely with project engineers and site teams to establish precise elevations, coordinates, benchmarks, and measurements for successful project delivery. This role is based in Carcar City, Cebu.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct land and construction surveys using Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS/GNSS equipment.




• Establish and verify benchmarks, control points, elevations, coordinates, and construction lines.




• Perform site grading, earthworks, cut and fill, road construction, and construction layout surveys.




• Check site measurements and ensure construction activities follow approved plans and specifications.




• Interpret construction drawings and use AutoCAD to prepare, review, and update survey-related plans and documentation.




• Monitor progress and provide accurate survey data, reports, and site records to the project team.




• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other site personnel to resolve survey and layout concerns.




• Maintain survey equipment and ensure accurate, reliable measurements throughout project activities.

What we're looking for

• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Surveyor.
