Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years coordination/scheduling experience.
• Experience in construction or maintenance is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and common software.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from clients and team members; act as first contact.
• Liaise with clients to understand service requests and requirements.
• Monitor, prioritise, and escalate urgent maintenance requests.
• Optimise daily schedules and technician allocations to maximise productivity.
• Coordinate tradesmen and subcontractors for high-volume service work.
• Keep clients updated on progress and job completion.
• Liaise with management and provide scheduling solutions where needed.
• Provide general administration and scheduling support as directed.
