Job summary

MicroSourcing in Parañaque City is seeking a Project Scheduler to architect our project timelines, overseeing resource management of in-house and subcontracted field crews to keep activities synchronized.

You will develop and maintain scheduling for U.S. operations, lead schedule update meetings with senior management, and assist with estimating, change orders, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using Primavera P6 (MS Project acceptable if specified with strong P6 knowledge).
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM) for scheduling complex projects.
• Good command of business English; ability to lead meetings and present updates.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling system to keep U.S. operations on track.
• Review progress against deadlines, identify critical activities, and ensure forecast dates are met.
• Lead schedule update meetings with senior operations management and U.S.-based customers.
• Assist in estimating, bidding projects, contract negotiations, and change orders.
• Identify scheduling delays early and coordinate remedial actions to keep projects moving.
• Support Project Managers with resource coordination and monitoring of assignments.

Your Role

As a Project Scheduler, you are the architect of our project timelines. You oversee the resource management of in‑house and subcontracted field crews, ensuring every task is perfectly synchronized.

In This Role, You Will

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust scheduling management system to keep U.S. operations on track.
• Review progressed schedules against deadlines, identify critical activities, review forecasts, and ensure achievement dates are met.
• Convene and lead schedule update meetings with senior operations management, peers, and U.S.-based customers.
• Participate in estimating and bidding projects, contract negotiations, and the preparation of change orders.
• Proactively identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate immediate remedial actions to keep projects moving.
• Assist Project Managers with resource coordination and detailed monitoring of all scheduled assignments.

What You Need

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience in P6 (Primavera) and a strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology.
• Communication Skills: Professional business communication and confidence to handle public speaking and lead meetings in English.
• Software Literacy: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly for project tracking.
• Analytical Mindset: Solid understanding of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) to organize project elements effectively.
• Shift Alignment: Comfort working the Eastern Time (EST) Night Shift to support real-time U.S. field operations.

Nice-to-Haves

• Industry Experience: Prior experience in Telecom or Wireline projects.
• Advanced Excel: Ability to use Pivot Tables on an intermediate basis.
• System Knowledge: Experience with Oracle systems.
